The tutorial was a little confusing so I ended up using the Gaussian blur tool in filters with the lasso tool and pen tool. Overall, I am pleased with the result and although the background of the original is already blurred, the end result compared to the original is more "professional" and really makes the subject stand out.

spring break 2019

Over spring break, I was "grounded" which kinda sucked at first, but then I ended up spending most of it working, catching up on art projects, and playing on my new switch. In the final picture above, I am holding up a hand drawn M in the Super Mario Odyssey style and replaced the M of the McDonald's sign to symbolize that I worked, I worked on art by it being drawn, and played Mario Odyssey. That's really all I did over the break. I worked and played during the day and worked on the art projects during the night. Needless to say I didn't get much sleep.
