shadows and stuff

My shadow project turned out to be a figure of the Eiffel Tower I bought from Goodwill for $5. This was not my first idea but I believe it was my best considering my summer plans. My first idea was to take a picture of a little cross-stitching piece I have but decided against it. I liked how this end product turned out even though it was not all part of the plan. My idea was to have the Eiffel Tower and its shadow and also add the shadow of a paper airplane to represent "Traveling The World". I found it difficult to get the airplane to be at the right angle so that you can see what it was and gave up, shooting just the tower as an experiment. The flashlight I used for this has two settings, a white and yellow light. I started with the white light then thought to try the yellow light to hopefully give the image a vintage, older look and I was very happy with the final product. I wish the shadow was a little sharper and I could fix it in photoshop but I didnt. I feel this is quite fitting since I am actually going to France (along with other countries in Europe), although not Paris, but still France. Overall I am pleased with this.
